I received the complaint of the plaintiff on 13/07/2017 and issued notice to the plaintiff, the defendants and the witnesses to appear before the Union Council office on 20/07/2017.

The plaintiff appeared. The defendants appeared in the garrison. The witnesses appeared Repeat will be decided again.

The plaintiff, the defendant and the witnesses were given notice to appear on 21/08/2017.

The plaintiff appeared. The defendant No. 1 represents the defendant. 2 and 3 defendants appeared. The number 1 defendant needs to be spoken. The defendant has been granted 1 month time for verbal application of 1 month term.

From the plaintiff and witnesses, it was known to the daughter-in-law of Sumaiya Khatun that the defendant Ripon Hossain Biswas is married on 30/10/2016, 80,000 / - (eighty thousand rupees), according to Muslim Sharia. Sumaiya Khatun and witnesses have been informed that the number 1 defendant is addicted. He used alcohol and gaza. When the witness No. 1 Sumaiya Khatun came to her husband's house, her husband Ripon Hossain beat her as a drunk while drunk. At the time of the plaintiff marriage, the cash of Rs 40,000 / - (forty thousand) for the happiness of his daughter, 1 gold ring, which is worth 15,000 / - (fifteen thousand) and 1 mobile set, which is worth 3,000 / - (three thousand) , Provided the total amount of Taka 58,000 / - (Rupees Thousand). The defendant No. 1 does not agree with his wife for doing house-house. I am a plaintiff (1) Md. Moniruzzaman, (UP member), (2) Bablur Rahman, father Hazrat Ali, Sawan Sang-Patraparpa, and the plaintiff's proposal for the formation of village court in the proposal of the plaintiff and the defendant party. The defendant's proposal (1) was nominated as member of Abdul Latip Ghazi (UP member), Sang-Pratappur, (2) Zakir Hossain, father, Moslem Morlal, Sang-Mirzapur village court. I myself took the responsibility of chairman of village court.

The notice was given to the plaintiffs, defendants and members of the respected village court to appear on 13-10-2017.

I decided to send 4 members to detail in detail that the defendant No. 1 Ripon Hossain Biswas was given Rs 80,000 / - (eight thousand rupees) for the wife at the time of marriage, 58,000 rupees (eight thousand rupees) by the plaintiff and elsewhere, Till the time of marriage, the maintenance of 10,000 rupees (ten thousand) rupees, the total amount of 1,48,000 rupees (one lakh forty eight thousand thousand rupees) within 7 days and divorce by complying with compromise Ena.

Despite repeated pleadings to the defendants, the plaintiff was advised to complain in a higher court in the absence of divorce of the plaintiff without paying the above mentioned money.
